Why “Cursebreakers”?
Well, because I know what it feels like to struggle with your mental health. It can feel insurmountable, isolating, and confusing. It starts to feel like you’ve been cursed, or that you “just have bad luck”, or worse. That’s what therapy is for! Whatever has been hanging over your head, or making your hold your breath, or just sucking the joy out of life—that’s the curse we’ll work together to break. Because you shouldn’t have to walk through that alone.
