I think it's important to be transparent with what payment and costs will look like. My fee for sessions is $145. I have a sliding scale available on an individual basis. I take insurance for my services as well. I am currently in network with:

If you have a different insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed invoice that gives your insurance more details about my services. If you have a PPO, it is likely that your insurance will pay for a large percentage. If you have any questions about what this process looks like, or want to discuss payment with me, don't hesitate to reach out! I currently offer services for people within the state of Illinois.

The No Surprises Act seeks to protect consumers from surprise medical bills arising out of certain out-of-network emergency care. Under Section 109 of the Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in consultation with the FTC and the Attorney General, must conduct a study by January 1, 2023, and annually thereafter for each of the following 4 years, on the effects of the Act on any patterns of vertical or horizontal integration of health care facilities, providers, group health plans, or health insurance issuers; overall health care costs; and access to health care.
